Thanks for your inquiry into accommodations at the Oasis Ranch. The Oasis features two luxurious, fully self-contained guest cottages that are available by the weekend, week or month. At the Oasis, you'll find a romantic, private getaway that's ideally suited to adult couples.
Complimentary guest horse stabling is available to those who wish to bring and self-care for their own horses. Numerous scenic trails, run through this lush valley and up the majestic mountains that cradle it. The terrain offers a variety of rides that will satisfy everyone from the easygoing novice to the boldest endurance rider.
More than a horse ranch, however, the Oasis offers peace & quiet in a country setting, whether you want a refreshing night's sleep after taking in the sights of Prescott and Sedona, or would just prefer to simply stretch out by the pond all day, fishing and snoozing. No matter what you choose, a relaxing soak in the private hot tub room that overlooks the pond, or a swim in the pool is a great way to cap off the activities of the day.

The OASIS RANCH is an exclusive vacation getaway for people who enjoy the peace & comfort of country living. Nestled in the fertile lushness of Skull Valley Arizona (4,200' elevation), The OASIS features guest accommodations that are best suited to adult couples who would like some quality time together. The self-contained cottages have linens and utensils; full kitchens with standard and microwave ovens; satellite television; VCRs and abundant videos; CD stereo systems; and private sun decks. Laundry access is a feature in one cottage and private stabling is a feature in the other.
A one-half acre fishing pond, stocked with large-mouthed bass and catfish and lined with cottonwoods and willow trees, awaits you just outside the door. Bring your bike and enjoy an adventurous ride up the 17-mile "back road" to Prescott, amid the aspens and pines, and with the panorama of central Arizona unfolding over your shoulder." Or you might choose from a number of hiking trails through B.L.M. land where deer and other wildlife abound.

The quaint town of Prescott, Arizona, with its Victorian architecture, New England style town square, and historic "Whiskey Row" shops and restaurants, is just a 20 minute scenic drive from the ranch. Surrounded by the tall pines of the Prescott National Forest, It offers still more miles of tempting hiking, biking and horseback riding trails. As your hosts, our aim at the OASIS RANCH is to provide vacation accommodations suited as much as possible to the needs of each visitor. With that in mind, we suggest you take advantage of our all inclusive Weekend and Weekly prices. (Should you be in need of really getting away we can be booked by the month as well!)

Weekend (Friday and Saturday): $250.00 (two-night minimum)

Self care boarding: Complimentary
Full care horse boarding $20.00 (per horse, per day)
- A 50% deposit is due when you book your stay, with the remainder due upon arrival.
- Cancellations must be made a full week prior to the date booked in order to receive a refund.
- Adults only- - no Pets.
- Guests must provide their horse's food, bedding and cleaning.
- All cottage linens, towels and utensils are provided.
- Four people maximum per cottage. There is a $15 linen fee per day for each extra person.
- Check-in time is 2:00. Check-out time is noon.
PS: The Oasis is 20 minutes west of Prescott, one hour from Jerome and 90 scenic minutes from Sedona. Prescott has great shopping and restaurants, plus two gambling casinos. There is US West cellular service in Skull Valley for people who wish to bring their own phones. Conventional phones, fax and copier service is available for use in the main ranch house.
